The Anvil is not only an open gym space where members and trainers can perform, but also a platform to provide another step of access to custom workouts, nutritional information, and community connection/outreach via The Anvil app. Some of our main features include:
The workouts provided via the app are all custom tailored to The Anvil facility layout and Arsenal equipment.
Our Nutritional Education and Information feature equips users with comprehensive knowledge on nutrition basics, healthy eating guidelines, and the latest nutritional science.

Do you have showers?
No, we do not currently offer showers.
Do you have locker rooms?
We do not have full locker rooms, but we do provide lockers and three private restrooms for our members.
How old do I have to be to work out at The Anvil?
You must be at least 18 years old without a legal guardian’s consent.
What is your parking situation?
Free street parking till 10AM.
Paid parking garages are conveniently located directly across the street and right next door.
If I purchase a 5-day pass, when does it expire?
Your 5-day pass will expire seven days from your first visit.
What are your hours?
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–8:30 PM
- Saturday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Sunday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All contracts are month-to-month with no hidden fees.
How do I cancel membership?
Membership cancelation requests must be emailed to info@anvilxiron.com at least 30 days before bill date. If requests are received within 30 days, the account will be billed for the final month and user will have access for that final month.
What type of equipment is available?
The Anvil is loaded with the best equipment in the industry: arsenal strength, Roger’s pendulum, gymleco, Cybex, nautilus, Icarian, life fitness, umaxx
What is the membership capacity?
The Anvil will be capped at 600 members.
