Do you have showers?
No, we do not currently offer showers.
Do you have locker rooms?
We do not have full locker rooms, but we do provide lockers and three private restrooms for our members.
Is there a cold plunge or sauna?
Not on-site. However, we partner with a mobile cold plunge/sauna provider who will visit weekly.
How old do I have to be to work out at The Anvil?
You must be at least 18 years old without a legal guardian’s consent.
What is your parking situation?
Paid parking garages are conveniently located directly across the street and right next door.
If I purchase a 5-day pass, when does it expire?
Your 5-day pass will expire seven days from your first visit.
What are your hours?
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–8:30 PM
- Saturday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Sunday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All contracts are month-to-month with no hidden fees.
